Return/Exchange Policy
We guarantee all items for 30 days after the shipping date, with a few exceptions. You must call or email us to obtain pre-authorization before returning any items. For assistance, please call 1-909-718-9999, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
Claim for Lost Package
If the tracking shows your order as delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the courier. HappyMall.com/English-Teapots.com cannot be liable for missing orders once they leave our warehouse.
Combine Orders with HappyMall.com and Save Shipping
To save shipping, place separate orders on each website. On the 2nd order, enter the 1st order's confirmation number in the "Additional Information" box at checkout.
- Both orders must have the same shipping address.
- The 2nd order should be placed before the 1st order is shipped.
