We encourage customers to contact us with any comments, feedback, inquiries, and/or concerns. This information remains private and is the property of English-Teapots. We do not sell or share information with any third parties.

Upon placing an order, we offer a 'remarks' section where you can include gift messages, questions, or instructions. Orders contain only product packing lists. For a detailed invoice, please request it in the 'remarks' section. We are not an appraisal company and do not respond to product inquiries outside our listed merchandise.

Product Availability and Shipping Information

Product availability on our website is not guaranteed to be in stock. Orders are not charged until confirmed. We notify you via email if your order cannot be fulfilled. Shipping times are not guaranteed without confirmation, and expedited shipping incurs additional costs.

We operate strictly online and do not allow warehouse browsing. Contact us to arrange in-person pickups. Shipping fees may be waived for authorized pickups.

Gifts

We offer one free gift message per order. Messages must be appropriate and not include slanderous or obscene content. Please provide only the cardholder's email if sending a gift, and do not request gift wrapping, as we do not offer it.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders already shipped cannot be guaranteed for reversal.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of shipping, with some exceptions. Contact us prior to returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply. For damaged or incorrect items, please reach out for assistance.

Declined Credit/Debit Card

We reserve the right to deny orders if fraudulent activity is suspected. Mismatched billing and shipping addresses may also cause order denial. If your payment is declined, we will contact you by email. For security, please do not send your full credit card number via email; call us instead.
